Rental Application
Our applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis and are accepted throughout the year. Historically,
one and two bedroom apartments fill the quickest and have the longest waiting lists.
Each person must complete an application and a pay of $290 which includes $40 application fee and $250 deposit.
Apply today by filling out our Rental Application form and signing the Comunity Regulation and lease contract: Lease for summer, Lease for 2 bedrooms, or Lease for 4 bedrooms. Please mail all the forms and a check of $290.00 to our Leasing Office:
